Meet Carlos

Carlos has dedicated his entire legal career to becoming the voice of the voiceless. He represents individuals who have been injured by negligent and reckless drivers, slip/trip and falls, wrongful death, products liability, assaults, dog bites, boating accidents, and professional malpractice. Carlos utilizes an aggressive approach when dealing with the insurance companies. A Miami native, Carlos attended Florida International University where he graduated cum laude with a degree in history and ultimately his law degree. Carlos started his career in the prestigious Miami-Dade State Attorney’s Office as a trial prosecutor where he dedicated his time listening to the victims of crimes and representing the community throughout the entire litigation process. While at the State Attorney’s Office, Carlos spent most of his time attending court hearings and fighting trials where he discovered his appetite for litigation.

From there, Carlos was introduced to personal injury by working at one of the most aggressive personal injury firms in Florida. Carlos led several cases to trial as first chair and helped recover millions for his clients both inside and outside the courtroom.
